How long is fulfillment/production time?
Please allow up to 5 business days for production (7 during peak times i.e. holidays)
All of our products are produced "on demand" meaning they are created once you order. This is done to ensure the highest level of quality control possible.
Remember to add production time on top of shipping time.
What is the estimated time of shipping?
Shipping is estimated between 7-14 days:
- Up to 7 business days for USA
- Up to 10 business days for Australia, UK, and European orders
- Up to 14 business days for the rest of world
Note this does not include production time.
What if I only received part of my order?
Our products are packed in individual & fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery. Due to this, some products may arrive at different times.
If you only receive part of your order, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.

What if my delivery has not arrived?
Do not worry. Please wait a few more business days or contact us. We guarantee all purchases, so if yours is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason we will send a new one free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover & more. Sorry, we do not accept debit cards.
